The Dilmah Tea Family teamed up with Relais & Chateaux to create the The Resplendent Ceylon Hotels, an authentic and luxurious Sri Lankan experience spanning across three resorts in Southern Sri Lanka.
During the Sri Lankan economic crisis of 2022, the resorts lost nearly 90% of its occupancy as guests thought it was too dangerous to travel to the Island nation. In order to send a signal to the rest of the world that the island was safe for tourists and the resorts open for business, the Dilmah company purchased VITV’s honeymoon video experience of the three resorts and distributed it across their website and social channels.
